In the last few weeks we've noticed a very serious slowdown in shipping speed worldwide. We will be limiting sales to some countries for at least the next few weeks and we ask that those in countries we are still able to ship to please be patient.
Currently the worst shipping delays are to Australia and South America with orders taking more than 4 weeks to arrive. To the US orders are often taking 3 or more weeks. Even within Canada we are seeing two or three week shipping times where previously they were typically a week.
This situation is a combination of increased online shipping as people self isolate and reduced staffing at postal offices. We have routed to different shipping methods with better tracking in some cases in an effort to get more visibility for the orders. Sorry for the inconvenience, we can only ask that you be patient as this is well outside our control I'm afraid.
